At Fashion Fabrics Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or notions do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Fabric

  Ensure the fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition, then securely package it with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
